Matthew wanted a scalable enterprise that was consistently profitable. After considering his skill set, interests and opportunities he dove into easy care hair sheep. He has since scaled it to a couple thousand ewes and in this episode we discuss his families history in farming, why he decided on sheep and what he has learned since going down that path.
